Leadership
Leadership carries the community forward. The Chamber fosters new community leaders and helps companies recognize employee achievements through a variety of programs, touching over 1200 member organizations.
The Leadership Schools graduate classes each year of business professionals eager to take on the challenges of improving our community. Volunteerism is alive and well in the Peoria area, thanks in part to the volunteer opportunities provided by The Chamber and the leadership development programs The Chamber offers.
