The biggest priority during Upgrade 74 is SAFETY - the safety of employees, pedestrians, motorists and the safety of the workers. During construction, especially after the I-74 (Murray Baker Bridge) closes on April 2, it is extremely important to remain alert to all detour signs in the Peoria area and obey work zone speed limits.
