	Roberta M. Parks • President• 495-5920 •  rparks@chamber.h-p.org  Roberta oversees the staff of the chamber and serves as the chief operating officer.  She works with the Board and Board committees to formulate policy, and then with the staff to implement those polices.  She has responsibility for the Chamber’s programs, member services and volunteer management, all with the goal of ensuring a favorable business climate in the Peoria area.  She also serves as staff to the chamber’s two subsidiaries, the Progressive Peoria PAC and Business Resource Services of Central Illinois.
	Monica Li • Chief Financial Officer • 495-5950 • monli@h-p.org  Monica oversees the financial management and reporting of all operations included in The Heartland Partnership. Monica’s duties also include the development and coordination of information technology, human resources, and staff development and procedures, as directed by the CEO.
	Terry Best • Vice President of Programs and Member Services • 495-5926 • tbest@chamber.h-p.org Terry is responsible for program enhancement and implementation.  She is the contact for the Ambassador Program, Community Leadership School, Golf Outing, NOVUS and the Chamber Early Edition.  Terry also focuses on membership retention issues and will answer all active membership inquiries.
	Ashley Pampel • Director of Marketing • 495-5974 • apampel@chamber.h-p.org She is responsible for increasing the chamber’s visibility and enhancing its image to members and the community. She manages, design, and edits the Chamber Report monthly newsletter, the Chamber Communicator E-newsletter, and the Chamber website www.peoriachamber.org . She is responsible for the research, creative design and production of various marketing projects. She also manages the production of the Chamber Membership Directory and provides staff support to the Marketing Committee.
	Kylie Rupe • Membership and Advertising Sales Representative • 258-1329 •  krupe@chamber.h-p.org    Kylie implements various programs necessary to increase the acquisition of new chamber member businesses. She handles all membership inquiries and works to transition new member companies into the mainstream of chamber programs and services. She also markets advertising opportunities to all members.
	Sarah Stabler • Director of Member Services • 495-5914 • sstabler@chamber.h-p.org  Sarah coordinates special chamber events including the Business Showcase, Business After Hours, Community Thanksgiving Luncheon, Annual Meeting, and the State of the City. She also manages the Young Professionals Organization of Greater Peoria, a program of the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce.
	Susan Stenger • Administrative Assistant • 495-5907 • sstenger@chamber.h-p.org   Susan provides support services to most of the Chamber’s committees as well as the Senior Vice President. She also  handles the legislative events for the chamber including the Washington Fly-In, Political Leadership School and Legislative Reception.
