    Job Description
    Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central Illinois (RMHCCI) is seeking a friendly, compassionate and team-oriented Guest & Employee Services Manager to work in collaboration with our Peoria Program Director, staff and volunteers.

    The Guest & Employee Services Manager is responsible for the management of the daily operation of the Ronald McDonald House in Peoria, ensuring the safety of the facility and comfort of families, volunteers and all interested parties in a manner which advances the mission. Flexible hours are required for volunteer group activities and events taking place in the evenings and/or weekends in addition to monthly on-call hours for staff coverage.

    A great candidate for this position would be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and – most importantly – passion for our mission. Minimum bachelors degree required; experience in human services with employee supervision and human resources preferred; ability to maintain confidential information; experience with Microsoft Office programs and databases; strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
