Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band to Break Peoria Civic Center Gross Ticket Sale Record
Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band rocked the Peoria Civic Center Arena on Tuesday, January 22 becoming the highest grossing show in the venue’s 37-year history. The show surpassed the $1 million mark and broke the record previously set by Elton John in April of 2011.
Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band stopped in Peoria as part of its Roll Me Away Tour. This will be Seger’s final tour.
“We knew that Peoria would support a great rock concert, but the response exceeded our expectations,” said Peoria Civic Center General Manager Rik Edgar. “We really appreciate that Mr. Seger, his management and our friends at Live Nation have allowed us to be part of this historic event.”
