In addition to sailing on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the IVY Club has been teaching children and adults how to sail for the past 16 years. Our course provides the opportunity for youth and adults to develop the skills and confidence necessary to enjoy the sport of sailing. Volunteer led, the sailing course provides about 30 hours of training each for youth and adults that covers basic boat handling, safety, knot tying, terminology, self rescue and an introduction to racing.
