  • Inaugural Wiffle Ball Classic

    The Inaugural Wiffle Ball Classic will be held at the Peoria Civic Center on Friday, October 23, 2015 from 10AM - 6PM with round robin competition along with exhibitor booths for visitors to visit.

    There will be teams of 5 and the cost is $500 per team. Each team will be scheduled a playing time beginning at 10AM with the championship game being played at 5PM.

    Booths will be set up throughout the Exhibit Hall on the day of the tournament. Businesses may purchase a booth for $400.

  • Sponsorship Opportunities


    Field Sponsor $1,500 (limit four)

    • One complimentary team with materials (5 person/team)
    • Opportunity to network with event participants and guests throughout the day
    • Company logo placed on field and throughout event
    • Logo placement on team shirts
    • Receive recognition at event and display of sponsor’s name/logo in electronic media (Chamber Communicator emailed to 6,000 members) and website (approximately 6,500 visits per month)

     

    Home Run Challenge Sponsor (limit one) - $1,000

    • One complimentary team with materials (5 person/team)
    • Home Run field location exclusive to one member company with opportunity to interact with participants and guests throughout the day
    • Company logo placed at Home Run Challenge and throughout event
    • Home Run Challenge contest sponsored by company
    • Receive recognition at event and display of sponsor’s name/logo on website (approximately 6,500 visits per month)

     

    Strikeout Booths (limit four) - $800

    • One complimentary team with materials (5 person/ team)
    • Opportunity to showcase business at event and network with event participants and guests throughout the day
    • 6 foot table with 2 chairs
    • Option for electricity for additional fee
    • Signage showing sponsor’s name/logo as appropriate
    • Booths placed near Judges riser
    • Receive recognition at event and display of company name/logo on website (approximately 6,500 visits per month)

     

    Team - $500

    • One team’s participation in event (5 person per team)
    • Listed in event program
    • Materials for team competition
    • Opportunity to network with event participants and guests throughout the day

     

    Classic Booths (limited to space available) - $400

    • Opportunity to showcase business at event and network with event participants and guests throughout the day
    • 6 foot table with 2 chairs
    • Option for electricity for additional fee

       
    **Restaurants and caterers may purchase a booth for $250 as long as they can fulfill the following requirements:
    • Must meet Peoria County Health Department guidelins
    • If food/beverage items are produced on premise or the Peoria County Health Department determines that food/beverage items are potentially hazardous, you must have adequate liability insurance with proof of such supplied to Savor/SMG prior to event
    • Provide 1,000 samples of food or beverage items limited to 1 oz.
