This information is published as a member benefit and is provided by individual members. It is the responsibility of the members to keep this information up-to-date.
In addition, we may use third parties to provide specific services and to assist us with this Website. Some examples of the services and assistance that may be provided by third party service providers are: maintaining and hosting the Website; monitoring and analyzing site activity, your actions in response to our emails and the effectiveness of our advertising; and administering emails and chat. Event Registration Terms and Conditions
In consideration of being allowed to register for this event, and any related events and activities (collectively, the “Event”), I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that: (i) I knowingly and freely assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; (ii) I willingly agree to comply with the terms and conditions for participation; (iii) if I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and (iv) I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce (the “Chamber”), its officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsors and advertisers (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all claims, demands, losses and liability arising out of or related to any personal injury, disability or death I may suffer, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, fully permitted by law. Participants may be photographed and/or recorded for the documentary or promotional purposes of Chamber. Payment to the Chamber (including use of coupons) constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. I have read this release of liability, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by agreeing to these terms, and hereby agree freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
